Founder Story
From Survivor to Guide
“You were never meant to merely survive. You were born to rise.”
I believe every woman carries a warrior within her — not one defined by anger or battle, but by resilience, courage, compassion, and the unwavering strength to heal, reclaim her voice, and choose herself. My mission is to help women awaken that Warrior Woman within through Reiki energy healing, spiritual coaching, hypnotic regression, and transformational healing experiences, because I’ve lived this journey myself.
For years, I lived in survival mode. As a child, I longed for safety, love, and acceptance. As a teenager, I experienced molestation, and the wounds followed me into adulthood. As an adult, I struggled with depression, low self-worth, unhealthy relationships, addiction, and constantly searching for love outside of myself. Every time I thought I’d finally escaped my past, life seemed to pull me back into the same painful cycles.
Then everything changed. Just when I thought I had healed, I became homeless, lost my career, and found myself raising my son as a single mom. Looking back, I now realize life wasn’t breaking me — it was awakening me.
Since 2012, I have sensed a deep connection to the Spirit world, but it wasn’t until 2017 that I fully embraced my spiritual awakening and answered the calling to become a healer, truly embracing my gifts as I stepped into the unknown. The pain that once defined me became the foundation of my purpose. Instead of allowing my past to dictate my future, I chose healing. I learned to forgive, to rebuild, and to trust myself again — to discover that the strongest woman isn’t the one who never falls, but the one who chooses to rise every single time.
Today, I help women who feel exhausted from carrying everyone else’s burdens, trapped by old wounds, disconnected from themselves, or standing at the edge of their own awakening. Through Reiki, intuitive healing, hypnotic regression, and transformational coaching, I help women release emotional pain, heal generational patterns, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and awaken the Warrior Woman they’ve always been — because healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before the world taught you to forget.
“The warrior woman within isn’t waiting to be found — she’s waiting to be awakened.”
