“I didn’t find healing. I built it — one courageous choice at a time.”

There was a season in my life when I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror. I was surviving domestic abuse, carrying fear I couldn’t name, and raising my son while quietly falling apart inside.

I refused to let that be my final chapter. Through energy work, deep inner healing, and a fierce commitment to my own transformation, I rebuilt myself from the inside out.

Today, I walk beside women who are exactly where I once was — and I show them the same path back to themselves.
